I bought this for my friend before he leaves for uni, he’s a massive Michael Jackson fan and loved the gift when given on his last day of work! Spoke with the customer service team beforehand to ask some questions about delivery times and the team were so helpful, patient and polite with me, I also received a grateful message after ordering the record plaque from Jon the company owner, a nice little touch to add to the product.
